Default Changing WHO-IS information

Hi all,

I DO NOT WANT my home address, details listed in any WHO-IS Database.
resellone.net/Whois
Typed in domain "TeamX1.net" and it gave me there homeadderss.
If my home address is listed any where. Is it possible to take this off? -> It's personal for me.

Thanks

Yes. You will need to contact our billing department from our helpdesk and provide them with alternate address so that we can put that in place of your home address. If you want our default whois info then mention so in the ticket.

Ah ok thanks admin.

Also I need help on this. I asked help before but I didn't get anywhere.
The admin website devoper of futurenuke.com (PHP-Nuke) said

"It's an host issue, please contact them"

You say

"It's the website developers, please contact them to fix this code issue" or around those lines.

Now... I'm stuck in between and I don't know what to do about this. I told them everything you say, and everything they say to support ticket manager. The reason I ain't posting this at my support ticket area is because they kept telling me to contact the website developer.

Anyway, as admin or if anyone knows why clan1.com/teamx1/index.php is soo slow I would greatly appriciate it. I don't want this slow transfer on that website.

VPS Support first of all told me. This website is slow due to teamspeak hosted. Well I stopped teamspeak still getting this slow transfer...

Next: they told me, you are hosting two websites php nuke software installed. Closed one down still recieved this slow transfer.

Next: They told me, because you are using shared memory on your VPS, (bandwidth etc) it would be slower... bla bla.

Next: They told me, there's a php code that's slowing the website. I am 100% sure I installed PHP-Nuke successfully. I even did this with 2 websites. clan1.com/teamx1/index.php and 7sahk.clan1.com

Is it possible if anyone could install PHP-Nuke on there website and let me know if it's slow or not.

P.S. Because it took soo long uploading all the files. I zipped it and uploaded it then extract it.

Thanks for any help or advice
- Karim.

wow. Sorry to say, even the senior tech are stuggling here.

a) They told me to remove information from serverspy.net... I removed all information "serverspy" related.

b) They said "We installed PHP-Nuke at clan1.com/check and loading speed is fine... I said to them "Well I am not using that version of nuke. I am using the one at futurenuke.com and not phpnuke.org

c) Sean tells me to reinstall it. Reinstalled it over 5 times. It's even installed in two places. 1) clan1.com/7sahk/index.php 2) clan1.com/teamx1/index.php

d) I removed alot of modules, blocks, as much information as I could get trying my best to get the loading time working great.

e) I even tested it to see if teamspeak got in the way or even my game server running or the other websites, this is what I did. 1) Stopped the teamspeak, 2) deleted the other nuke website 3) killed all processors running on my VPS 4) Stopped all scripts running at the primary domain... I did as much as I could do.

f) They told me there's a script error as mentioned earlier -> Well.. what can I do about this? Every installed website that has PHP-Nuke loading is fine. In what way would I make the installation different ? I did it perfectly step by step with no unexpected errors.

- > Even so I am recieving this slow transfer. No difference what so ever.
Is there an answer to this?

Nope. Still Host vs Website Developer. Not really getting no where.
Updates:

Last response from webhosting.uk Support:

Hello,

Its the problem with the phpnuke script version that you are installing there. It might be the theme and the image it had. I'll suggest you to install the php-nuke that I have installed for you from fantastico.

Regards,
Marc.

Last Response from website developer:

All of the files are up. All of the permission you had set were correct.

I changed a couple of things in the Config.php but that did not have any impact

It is still taking me 10.1 Sec to pull the Home page.

If I call a regular HTML file it's very quick. The only other thing I can think of is the MySQL server may be having some issues. The MySQL server is on the same box so I'm not sure.

Do you have access to restart that or can you ask your host to restart your MySQL server?

I agree with the website developer. a) I installed the latest version of nuke on a different website -> 2.1 per loading page. b) I want to use the latest version, and I really don't understand what can be causing this slow transfer. Myself and the senior tech did almost everything.

Admin you know any way to get of this one? It's something we are struggling to solve. I would appreciate anyone out there to install the latest version of NUKE and let me know what happens. or help in advance. I am think I did restart the mysql from whm cpanel, but didn't get any luck

Regards
Karim

There's one or the other php module or something in php.ini which is creating this problem. I will login in your VPS in sometime to sort this problem.

Information of missing module should come up in error_logs of your VPS. Thats from my personal experience of such issues.
