Subdomains

Hey,

Isn't there another way? Or must I keep asking for support to install my subdomains?
This is not gonna be good because I want to install loads.

Also clan1.com, sharedxhosting.com is registered but won't show.
For every domain... I always have to do this, kinda annoying >

As mentioned earlier you are using our nameservers and that will carry on this problem for you. Do you want me to setup nameservers for you on sharexhosting.com domain ?

You can use this nameservers in future for all your new domains and you wont need to contact support to add subdomains.

Damn name servers

As default can't it just be set as "ns1.redbackinternet" or something?
Well my subdomains don't work

mp3.xc-clan.com

Sorry to say but my subdomains just never work...
When I craete it from my cpanel. I see the public_html/subdomain directory but subdomain.xc-clan.com Justn never works

Hello Karim,

I want you to answer my previous questions. You are not reading my replies so I wont read your replies if you dont answer my questions.

Please try and understand that you have a VPS which is like a dedicated server. If that was a shared hosting account then we would have given our nameservers to you but you have a VPS so we need to setup nameservers on domains owned by you.

I am sorry admin. I will look into my VPS and set the name servers but because I do not have great 'knowledge' of name servers, I am not sure if my name servers would work. I mean if my domain is:

"www.sharedXhosting.com" would I use "ns1.sharedXhosting.com" as my name servers(s)?
This is only my problem what I am facing otherwise I have no problem adding name servers to my VPS.

Also we may forget about name servers and domains at this moment, I understand that is my problem.
Also about the subdomains. => May you please fix this issue for me admin?

I have simply craeated subdomains from my cpanel and they don't work. I spoke to Sean and he said you must wait for subdomain to take changes... "Hmnm changes for what?" I never had to this with my old host & I waited over 2 days now...
and still nothing

I hope you can look into this further... (Also if you might wanted to know, when I first had my cpanel I had this subdomai issue from start to end.

Been over 4 days and still not fixed?

Wow! -> clan1.com <- not working.. How am I suppose to know what to do about the name servers?
I have no tutorial on this..

Subdomains still not working..
Not getting a reply from VPS and here and not really much support from live chat.

Must say I am disappointed.

Earlier he was using our nameservers so we needed to create A records for all subdomains on our server. Now he has private nameservers pointing to his VPS so the problem has got sorted.
