Domain name registration

Hey!

I bought "AND" registered klan.eu
It says "klan.eu Available! Order Now"

I orederd it £25 / year

Support with VPS... and they say the domain is already registered.???
I go to the www.webhosting.uk.com and it still says

"klan.eu Available! Order Now"
So basically I wasted my money on a domain already registered, next time I know not to use your 'check domain' again.
Please fix this issue. I also want a refund for klan.eu knowing someone already has it.

We need to specify whois check location in modernbill for domain lookup and .eu domains have only one whois source for domain lookup. Its not our fault nor modernbill's fault as the .eu registry has been buggy from the beginning and it will take some time for them to stabilize.

Yep.

We wont keep your money for any reason if we are not able to give the domain name or service you need. Refund wont be issued automatically as the signup and registration process is automated but refunds are not.

I have issued refund this time from my end but if something similar happens in future then remember to communicate with our billing department.

Ok, what must I do? They said

"The notification that you get from webhosting is regarding the payments that we recieve for your account .After your signup we check if the domain is available for registration and if availabel we register it ,else notify the client that the domain is not available.

All the domain names that you have provided till now have been already registered ,so please let us know if you want to register any other domain so that we can assist you further."

I keep saying although I registered the domain, I still bring me to the checkout and therefore I purchased and registered this domain. So.. ? What Must I do?

Transaction has been refunded so you dont need to do anything else now. You will see the refund on your Credit Card statement in 5 - 7 days.

Last point: is clanx.eu registered? Can I register that?

wow the internet... domain is registered but not available.. it won't.. what a waste

I'll look for another domain if that's the case.
