Problem with FTP

Hi.

Everytime this happens to me.. I contact support.. they say it;'s working... days later... ftp not working... i contact support... they fix it... it goes round in circle's.

Is it possible to have a fix ftp 24/7 without keep going to live support?
Thanks in advance. At the moment my FTP is now not working....

So went back to live support and they fixed this issue. I said how does this happen? Ben said the service was stuck.
So my FTP service was stuck.

Is it possible to have an FTP service unstuck for a long period of time?

Ben: Yes, I have enabled service monitoring from your Root WHM > Service Configuration >> Service Manager

Ben: if problem occure again please email us at support desk

Ben: our senior admins will investigate the issue further.

Hope this is fixed now

Good to hear that. Try and use the ticket support when you can afford to wait for 30 mins to 1 hour. If you need something to be sorted immediately then use the livechat support but livechat techs can help with basic problems only.

Helpdesk guys are more experienced with high level technical problems.

You seem to have done intelligent job. You posted stuff here that should have gone into helpdesk but finally your posts have helped our forum with some good content and you deserve a free domain for that.
