you have created a folder in the root dir named after the sub domain?

for example mysite:

airsoftsniper.co.uk now redirect to content.airsoftsniper.co.uk

this is bascialy airsoftsniper.co.uk/content

understand?

No I just want a redirection.
The subdomains for this are:

They said I must contact support to create subdomains... and here I am. Live support doesn't work... never a reply for me ...
thanks in advance.

Karim is using our DNS so we need to manually add entries of subdomains on our DNS server.

You should register private nameservers on your domain name and add dns for those on your vps to get rid of this problem. If you wish to use our DNS only then you will need to open a ticket for our vps support department everytime you add a subdomain.

I have disabled our custom chat software that is under development so you should have no problem with livechat from now.

That's not nice Ben and Sean

Ben -> Says he will fix this issue and just closes chat
Sean -> Is not replying... I've been waiting @ least 4-5 hours.

Apache is installed for any domain or subdomain.

Our livechat operators are not good with vps questions and they can help you with basic questions only. Helpdesk is the best way for you to ask technical questions and if you face any problem with helpdesk staff then I am here to take care of responsible people.

oo ok, I'll do that from now on with any VPS questions. But seriously it shouldn't be like this...
He said again he was gonna fix this issue, that's why I thought I went to the right place and again he just left the convo opening for hours. Not what I call support but from now on I'll use helpdesk, better for me

Thanks.

One should ask questions on livechat which can be immediately answered. If there's something related to configuration changes on server then it wont go well as the chat operator will go and communicate with senior technical person and by the time he gets a reply from them he would get busy with other chats.

Its not your mistake nor our staff but we cannot make 10 people sit to handle 10 chats at a time. Nor its possible to let someone accept next chat only if previous chat is over. You should imagine things going on on the other end and decide which one would be perfect option for you.

Livechat or Helpdesk
