Delicious?

When it comes to creating a domain name, what do you think about including the extension as part of the name or the word contained in the name? I mean some domain names like Delicio.us. Do you think it is a great idea?

I definitely think it is great idea because it is different than the usual domain names. Maybe this can be the sole reason why people remember this website. I think the nature of website and website content matters more than the domain name; domain name is also important but it wouldn’t matter if it is a little different than the usual domain names.

I think domains that contain the extension as part of the word are interesting. I've seen them become more and more popular lately. I wonder how search engines index these domains. Do they take the TLD into consideration? Do they index "delicio" or "delicious" as a keyword?
