Dominder is a free service where you receive notification emails before the deadline of domain expiry date. Its a Free service upto 10 domains, but you will have to pay applicable charges if you want to manage more than 10 domains. Domain registrar as well as the domain registration service provider also send notification emails before the deadline of your domain expiry date. Some registrars and domain registration service provider send email before 60 days, some before 30 days, then the process of sending notification email continues and you get multiple email notifications at regular intervals such as 45 days, 30, 15, 7 until you renew your domain name. The starting date of notification email depend upon your domain registrar and domain registration service provider.
So I don't think there is any need to register in Dominder as you are getting multiple notifications from your Domain registrar and domain registration service provider which is a free service.
