Default using " - " In Domain Name

Some had suggested me that it's unacceptable by thee search engine to have a dash in domain name.It also as it looks unprofessional or weird. In my opinion, it's not that bad to separate each word and make it easier to recognize.

I would like to know whats you all guys think for this aspect .

People generally do not prefer using hyphens in their domain names. It generally confuses people while typing the domain name in browser.

Yeah they are harder to describe and spell out for someone. Hyphens and roman numerals are generally avoided when registering domain names. I wouldn't recommend them either.

There are cases when people have no choice but to use hyphens in their domain names. Sometimes when two words are joined together in a domain name it could imply or even state a different meaning. It is better to use hyphens in such cases.

Yes, indeed there are such cases where it is best to use hyphens.

However, mostly people do not prefer using hyphens in domain names because visitors might get confused and end up typing an incorrect URL.
