What to do with old domains that are formed by NNL or NLN type of domains?

I have a lot of domains that consist of NLN or NNL (.net/.org/.info). I use the .info ones for proxies, but I don't know what to do with the rest. Those domains are 4 years old or 5, but I have never developed them :/ I am not quite sure if being aged even means anything for those random names... Please help. Thank you

IMO a empty domain without any content is useless and i don't think Google will give it much importance in ranking.
I will advice you to spare some time and try to develop them, put helpful content and follow SEO tips which may add some value to such domains.
