How to buy a domain which is already registered but not in use?

Hi all
I have to buy a domain name but that is already registered by someone but I found that the domain name is not in use. So can anyone suggest me how can I buy that domain name?

You can backorder that domain name. If not, you may have to wait till the domain is available publicly to register. Usually, it takes 90 days for a domain name to be available again, only if the owner didn't renew it.
