What are the risks of buying HIGH PR Domain?..

There are some post on other forum that it is risky to buy High PR Domain, because the PR of the domain will drop after the transfer of the ownership..

How true is this?.

Well, it should not drop the rankings by just a change in ownership. Mind you, the content matters.

To be very honest, i never came across such thread or discussion !
but certainly PR should not be adversely affected by such change in ownership. Hope new owner will continue with good work and try to maintain ranking by concentrating on SEO!
