Well, in SEO point of view which domains are preferred, Buying Expired Domains or a new domain registration ?

I would guess that depends on if you are a web hoster that believes in the sand box. Now I believe that Google does have a sand box however bing does not. So, if you get a new name, then you might want to SEO it bing style.

Buying an expiring domain name with good PR is worth. If it has no PR or backlinks, it is better to register a new domain name
