How to get in contact with a domain owner?

I found the domain name I was looking for has already been registered by someone else. When I type in the domain name, it shows a parked page. How can I contact this owner to see if they are interested in selling it ?

Its sad

to know that the domain name you were looking for is already registered by someone else. Since you want to check how you can get in touch with the domain owner, you can use any of the whois tool to get the details of the domain owner if it is a generic domain eg: xwhois.com, whois.ws.

This should help you trace the details of the domain owner (name,e-mail address, contact#), however if these details are not listed, then the owner of the domain name must have kept his information protected using ID Protect feature, which will not allow you to access his contact details.

By using the whois info you can get the detail of the domain owner.I found the tool called whoisxy.com . Here you will get the whois info at free of cost.
