Default Hosting Domain With WHUK

My client registered a new domain name with Namecheap and he wishes to update the nameservers to point it to WHUK server. Any idea how to do this? In the domain control panel, it is asking for private DNS. He is not using private DNS though. He has shared hosting package with WHUK.

I guess, you have option to update the DNS in NameCheap's control panel. You can re-check in the control panel. If you can't find it, you can contact their Live Support and ask them to update the DNS for you.

You can ask your client to check the nameserver details of the hosting plan he has with WHUK (he must have received those details in the welcome email) and send those nameserver details to the domain name registrar and ask them to update the nameservers for his domain.

Once the nameservers are updated and propagate on the internet, the domain will point his web hosting plan at WHUK
