Well, keyword rich domains may rank better if you have quality content along with huge number of relevant high quality backlinks but if you just stuff keywords for your domain name without building relevant content and backlinks then as per new algorithm of Google you won't get it's benefit. Google is trying To Demote Rankings For Exact Match Domains !!

Here's an idea: You could have a domain in your name with just a single page and have links to your other websites from there. If someone searches for you and you have YourName.com, it's probably going to be the first search result. That's the way it usually comes up with Google anyway.

I wouldn't want it as my main site, but domains are so cheap, it could be worth it for even the small amount of extra traffic you'd get.
