Migrating Domain Name

Hello,

I have a client who has a registered domain name. Under WhoIs info, it says, "Status:CLIENT TRANSFER PROHIBITED". I am not sure about how did he registered the domain name, however, it says, "Registrant Namerotected Domain Services". As far as I know, it should have his name as a Registrant, shouldn't it?

Also, I can't find Registrar in WhoIs. There is Sponsoring Registrar:Name.com, LLC (R1288-LROR). The domain will be up or renewal within next few days. I am afraid how could I contact registrar. Can anyone please let me know the either way to renew his domain name please?

gave an address for the registrar, a search then gives a registrar at the address

125 Rampart Way, Suite 300, which a search returns

"http://www.domainsite.com/contactus.php"

I am just guessing, I don't actually know anything.

Well, I contacted Name.com (as they are Registrar for domain [atleast in WhoIs / not sure who the actual Registrar is]). I tried to figure out if they can let me know the way to transfer this domain or atleast update nameservers, however, no go

I don't think you should worry about this because your client might have received notification for renewal from the registrar.
