Much webamsters have started to buy domains with this TLD, but much other didn't understand what they can do with this domain.

Well, it is released by "Telnic" and not by "Elnic"

The domain with .tel TLD is not similar to the regular .com, .net or .co.uk domain. The domain with .tel TLD links directly to content and information stored on the domain name server instead of storing IP addresses for web servers.

I don't hope that the .tel domains will be a interesting domain because I think that much more people will go to the domain will become with 2 characters for example with .de or any which will still become.

Yes indeed it can be a great source to communicate and get the information about individuals, users or companies. We can have contact info easily. But think about other side. Can't it help Spammers and Hackers to misuse the information?
