Default Quite worried!

I had a problem with my vps and asked live support for help, they seem to have fixed it, but the way they have fixed it has left me concerned.

The problem:
I had a parked domain that i wanted to park on a different account.
I went into whm and unparked it. I then went to cpanel of the account i wanted to park it with.
It gave me an error that basically said something along the lines of
"You cannot park this domain because it has no nameservers associated with it, or is using different nameservers, or has no dns. Ask admin to add blah blah blah"

Anyway support fixed it and i parked the domain.
I asked support what they had done to rectify the problem and was told they tweaked the settings under whm.

My concern :
I had a look at my settings and this is what has now been ticked

Quote:
Allow users to Park/Addon Domains on top of domains owned by other users. (probably a bad idea)

Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that resolve to other servers (i.e. domain transfers) [This can be a major security problem. If you must have it enabled, be sure to not allow users to park common internet domains.]

Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered
Surely this isn't right!

Can I get an answer to this! Do I leave the options ticked or not?

IF it isn't a problem then fine, but when it says "probably not a good idea" and "major security risk", then i guess it says that for a reason.

Hi Jon,

As it's the weekend, responses on the forum are probably limited. From my perspective I would untick the top box. The other two seem fine to me for now until you receive a more guided response

Hi Jon,

We have same settings turned on on our Shared hosting and Reseller hosting servers. There's absolutely no problem with the settings enabled by our Support Staff.

No problem

You can turn it on whenever you wish to park or add domains which don't resolve from the server.

Thx Andrew but that is my original problem, why doesn't an already parked domain with nameservers already pointing to my ips already work?
All i wanted to do was to move it to another domain residing on the same ip and nameservers.
