Domain, nameservers etc

I've had my website hosted by Webhosting UK for about 5 years now, and I purchased the domain name from them originally. Yesterday I wanted to set up a forum in a different domain, and never even thought of doing it via Web hosting so purchased it from 123.

I now want to start setting it up but have been told that I need to register my nameservers with 123 - where do I get those details from.

Also, what is the process after that - do I have to create an add-on domain and install a forum in that add-on?

You can either use our nameservers and set your domain name to point to our nameservers from your 123-reg control panel or you can go through the following tutorial to register your private nameservers from your 123-reg control panel :-
