Anyone got problems with domainmonster.com at the moment

All my sites are down with them

Anyone recommend a good registrar been down since yesterday at 1.00pm

Looks like all three of their dns servers are down

I always thought things like this were resilient and they kept suitable backups

This is the first time I've heard about domainmonster.

You may get domains for low cost from certain registrars, but when things go wrong like this then you loose 1000 times more than what you had saved behind domain cost.

Yes, I agree with the Administrator most of the times cheap things can do greater damage then what one can imagine. You can also Register or Transfer domains to web hosting uk and get a permanent solution on this.

I have made the mistake of going for supper cheap instead of reliable before. I learned the lesson the hard way. I hope others will read this thread and be able to learn with out the loss.

Nice that finally you have learned from your mistake

My friend lost his PR 3 domain name for not renewing it on time. The registrar was never replying to his emails before renewal nor did they sent any invoice for renewal. Now the registrar renewed it and using as a parked domain to earn more than the renewal fees. LOL!
