Domain Forwarding

Hi All
I cant work out how to setup my own site dns server on the webhosting server to forward the domain to my home IP address.

I have a domain at home which I want to host on the webhostinguk servers.
I have uploaded the site files to the server but I need to setup the DNS to forward the URL to my existing IP address so i can decide the exact switchover time.
I need to be able to achieve the same result as happens if you create a domain as a forwarding domain.

Can someone explain the domain settings for this please.

Hi,

If you have a Reseller hosting plan / VPS / / Dedicated Server, then you can forward A record of your domain name by editing its DNS zone from WHM. You can ask one of our livechat support staff member to assist you with this requirement.

Shared hosting customers cannot modify DNS records themselves, so shared hosting customers need to get such changes done from our support staff.

i am do this welll in todaynic.com !but i don't which company you registered the domains in !you can ask them for help !!
