Default www

Should I write www before the URL of my web site? Does it influence anyhow the PR?

Not to my knowledge, Google automatically adds www into its system if no www prefix is specified.

Under Google's Webmaster Tool you can specify your preferred domain, i.e with www prefix or not. Otherwise Google will index both kind of names. However, PR is not affected unless www subdomain is different from the domain.

More likely your urls get canonicalized even for non-www so don't worry, search engine will pick it up even you won't use www.

I'm not sure but it only happens if there's redirect that you have to set up...

Nope, it automatically indexes them to www automatically without the need of redirecting.

Specifically for this example, based on your IP, Google will redirect you to a country-specific site.
