Sub Domain or Addon Domain or whatever...?

Hi

I have a Zencart installed in a folder below the root on my server.

As moving a Zencart is a nightmare I would like to simply point the Primary Domain name at the folder.

Is this a problem? How do I do it...?

Will an Addon of the Primary Domain work..? Can the Primary Domain Name be made into an Addon...?
