Most expensive 3 letter domain?

Honestly I don't know much three charactor domains. So my question is what's the most ewxpensive 3charactor domain that you know of or ever heard of? Wether it is three charactors or less, there must be some huge companies out there with three charactor domains and they must be expensive as well.

Do you know any?

i believe any three character word would be highly expensive since its succinct, not much memory needed for a domain name means popularity, and exposure
some examples might be pet.com, hat.com, fly.com

Even 4 letter domains are valuable like Rent.com, find.com, kiss.com, bond.com...

Well i've found a list of very expensive domains names, i'm not really sure if this is totally accurate, but if it is anywhere close to the figures mentioned beside each domain name, it's definately quite alot!!

I found some one posted the 23 list of available three letter .info domains in a forum and the very next day all domain name disappeared as some one grab this opportunity, interesting.

two characters domain names are even more expensive
