Default How accurate is LeapFish?

How accurate can Leapfish be? All it is is an algorithm that takes your length, characters, and search engine results and combines them in some way. Isn't that a warped view? A domain's value comes from both the domain itself and the website behind it. I found a much better appraisal site, but I don't think it is accurate either.

And the other appraisal site is swiftappraisal.com

I believe that swift appraisal is in some ways better than leap fish because it not takes into consideration you domain name but it also takes into account the website that is behind it. Leapfish requires alot less info than swiftappraisals but at the end of the day swiftappraisals is alot accurate than leapfish because swiftappraisals takes alot more into account before giving you an estimated value for you website and domain name.

What do you guys think?
