Replying too, and rehashing old threads doesn't constitute 'quality posts' in my opinion. In fact it is quite annoying. If you use other forums elsewhere you would know this! And I suggest you do.

I come on here to see what's happening and check out any new topics or posts of interest, if there are no new posts then I can leave. Instead I spend 10 minutes having to read through posts that are non informative and are replies to topics that are months old.

I would suggest admin even though i am new to your domain, you offer freebies for something like articles or adding faqs.

Kleky isn't alone in wanting to get a free domain name in the shortest amount of time. Can't really blame him for trying either

Not sure who denied domain name to him but it seems that he approached wrong person for free domain. I know that he has done some hard work and at least 15 posts are good. Rest all are like "thank you", "thats really good", "your post is very informative" and so on.

I have no problem with those and Kleky is requested to PM me with the preferred domain name and nameservers which are needed to be assigned to the domain name.

Posts from our staff members have reduced as the load on helpdesk has increased recently. We are running short of people and its really difficult to get intelligent people to work.

As of now retaining existing staff members is important for us as we cannot afford to loose anyone in this growing phase. I will work with James to launch some new offers to bring more people on the forum.

I'll start some special offer and email all existing customers from the billing system. We have more than 1000 Webmasters ( customers ) but we need to bring them on the forum.
