If first impressions are worth anything, I will love being a customer here. I was looking for a UK based hosting provider and for some reason couldn't find my way through the website in order to transfer my domain AND add hosting, so despite my usual dislike of customer support, I was forced to go to live chat for help. Greg was the operator's name and I couldn't be more satisfied with how everything was handled. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful and before I knew it, everything was done and dusted, and my domain is already being transferred. Absolutely fantastic!
