I would just like to say how delighted I am with the customer service from Austin.

One of the worst things for any site owner is to go to your website and see that it's not working because the bandwidth has been exceeded.

Austin immediately upgraded my account (none of the normal waiting around like many hosting companies), there was no wasting time setting up new accounts - it was all done and dusted in a few minutes.

Very impressed!
