Comments / Suggestions: I started a live chat conversation with Phil, regarding a security issue with an unknown user accessing my root ssh. (god knows how the user guessed/hacked the cryptic password) Phil was very helpful, but due to my panic prior to contacting WHUK i had started blocking IPs and tightening up security but somehow had stopped support from accessing the server.
So Phil called in Andre to help out, who sorted out the access problem, checked security settings, changed ssh ports for me and put my mind at ease. Also when asked for his opinion on tips to improve server performance, Andre was very helpful and did not give me the usual copy n paste spiel. I wanted his opinion and after looking in more detail at the server setup he gave it to me, so i followed his recommendations and was transferred over to Shawn.
Shawn was very helpful also when going through upgrade pricing plans and costs going forward for future upgrades. Shawn ensure the process was simple, straight forward and effortless. My experience dealing with these guys was very good, they all were knowledgeable and very helpful. The only downside would be that the whole process was quite slow, due to the nature of using live chat and not being on the telephone.
At the end of the day, i am happy customer and everything has been delivered above expectations, thank you team!
