Thumbs down indignation support webhosting.uk.com

I've been expressing to become public with my indiginação support webhosting.uk.com that every bad day has attendants who show no interest in support requests. I have more than 24 hours requesting some changes on my server and dispatcher (ALEC) has not done what I asked. [Lyo-SUPPORT # 366-57763]

are hosted on your VMcloud server, both have individual hosting both can be manageable by individual Plesk control panel.

Ans : as both accounts have individual hosting, you can access

Its not possible to access email mailbox of valorbaixo.com by
accessing webmail.valorbaixo.com.br, cause both are different
accounts. You should need to login as ebmail.valorbaixo.com" in order to access mailbox of valorbaixo.com

"webmail.valorbaixo.com.br" to be redirected to
"webmail.valorbaixo.com"


3 - I need the emails sent to the domain "@valorbaixo.com.br" I
receive in my inbox "@valorbaixo.com"


For the account "valorbaixo.com.br" can be turned off my cloud

've been making public my sincere thanks to the official "Peter Murphy" that with the utmost dedication and respect solved my problem.




I take this opportunity to stress the webhosting.uk.com to do a better screening of the request to determine whether simple support or only avanced support is able to solve a given problem requested by the client.



I've had more than 24 hours requesting some corrections were made and all I asked was done wrong by the simple support showed no interest in solving my problem.




Thanks again "Peter Murphy" for their dedication and solution to my problem, I am very grateful to you!
