I was having some troubles setting up my account because I'm not at home this week (I'm in Brazil) and I was getting angry because I couldn't confirm my infos via e-mail with the billing but Austin's chat support was excellent and my problem was solved quickly, considering the difficulties to contact me here.
I can't review the whole service yet because my account was just set up. So far it is being satisfactory.
