The Speed of there servers WOW

I have been using host big for 3 months now and there servers are always down and very slow my. Sites are online for about 3 hours a day

what a joke and you are on the web help for about 2 hours every day asking them to fix the site........ :<

its not that you have to keep a look out to see if the site was up
if you have used these then you know what im talking about arrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Then a pal of mine asked me to try out web hosting uk and what a bid difference no problems at all the site is always online and very fast no server problems here
