Credit Where Due

Well I have to give credit where credit is due.

We have just migrated all of our various web sites (about 20 of them) to the Cloud Hosting Server package with Web Hosting UK and in particular our most important site is now with them - seymour-james.com. The level of commitment in the support team has been phenomenal in making this a painless migration. Really , they are first class and got my business up and running completely with no service interruption whilst doing it all in less than 12 hours. No mean feat given this was fairly complex with lots of bits and pieces and special requests like adding in eAcclerator, Imagick, etc.

Well done you guys - power to your business too.

It is deserved and I am pleased members on the forum have already replied to help me speed up my site for property in france so I can take on my competition. I upgraded my RAM this morning too following advice from support and this appears to have helped in this goal by a few notches already.

More than that - hats off to Max T in support for getting me through assigning more dedicated IP addresses and what to do. He must have been online 30 mins fighting my ignorance - just brilliant support. Can't say anymore than that.
