Perhaps the worst server ever

We have been hosting with Web hosting UK for over a year and the server has been down twice a week, every week.

I know their support team by first name. We host over 200 websites and moving them to another server is nearly impossible as many are database driven and moving the sites is so slow and painful as the Plesk migration tool connection often times out

We have complained and they are always helpful, but todays sites going down is the last straw

Hello,
I have investigated the issue and found that you are already running the server with resources of LVPS-03 plan. You have hosted around 400 domains and the VPS, and the plan you have opted for is not meant to serve such huge load, as you are complaining about the downtime, it was DC power issue and we have already update about this to all the clients. You must THANK WHUK that you are not being charged for the excessive resources. I have picked domains randomly from server and found all are running without any issue.
