1 year and loving it!

I just wanted to provide some feedback on WebHosting UK from my own experience.

I started using WebHosting UK service about a year ago after looking and looking around for Web Hosting providers and I have to say that I'm very happy with the service. I started with one domain, that was actually included for free in my hosting package, and now I've moved all my other domains to be hosted with them as well.

In all this time, I have never had a problem with the service, no server down-time reported, nothing, all working smoothly.

There was one time a few months ago (I think) when their monitoring system detected some potential problems with the servers where my domains were hosted and they did a Server Migration and move my domains to another sever to keep everything running smoothly. What's really impressive is that they immediately notified me of this and provided full details of the "problem", the root cause and all the action they took to have this sorted out, and when I say full details I mean they clearly outlined everything that went on (although I couldn't understand all of it since I'm not that techy), the times, how they did it, I mean everything! My domains were always up and running and they kept me informed throughout the process.

I have had very little need to contact their customer service team since nothing has gone wrong or anything but I did contact them about my invoice and I have to say that the customer service team is very responsive, so another 10 there!

So for anyone looking for a fantastic and reliable web hosting provider that can really deliver and offer value for money, this is one I can definitely recommend.
