Fantastic Web hosting and customer service

I have recently been stuck and confused in my search for a UK web host that could provide a inclusive reseller platform. The UK market for these services seems constricted and expensive when the hidden add ons are included. I was seriously considering signing up with a US web host where the choice and value is much better but didnt want our sites hosted in the US.

I spoke with FastHosts, Heart Internet and UK2 who all ended up having hidden costs so i seriously recommend you look into their terms before making any commitment. I also took a chance with Webhosting UK and was expecting more of the same but after speaking to Liza in their sales dept, my concerns were addressed and any doubts were gone.

It was the manner in which she stayed in constant contact and called back when promised. She walked me through sign up and even called back the next day to ensure everything was as expected. It was her dedication and commitment which gives me great confidence and proves that this company is a rare gem and will hopefully go on to teach the bigger rip off merchants how to provide a world class hosting service.

Their prices are probably the most competitive on the market and all the inclusive add ons mean that you save more long term. I intend to post again after 1 month to update on how things are going and then regularly so that other customers can benefit from my experience.

Keep up the fantastic work and thumbs up to Liza in sales (more staff like her and you can't go wrong)

What hidden costs did Heart Internet have?

Hi, I was surprised to find that heart Internet advertise their unlimited reseller package at 29.99 per month all over their website. It is only 29.99 a month if you pay for a year upfront and then also add vat at 20% to that total. If you pay monthly then their monthly fee is 34.99 plus vat.

I would have expected that they would be more clearer with their pricing so customers can work out their outlay more accurately. Their pricing is deceptive and gives the impression that they are good value but this doesn't seem to be the case when paying monthly is costing you 42.00 Inc vat for a shared hosting plan.

Well, many host try to go with such lame marketing just to grab few order from innocent webmasters who get trapped by such fancy words

I agree to the fact that most of the webhost are trying to offer low prices to attract customers but they will have some hidden charges to compensate the discounts offered. So it is indeed better to check for their reviews online so that you would know their performance with regard to their services and the satisfactions of their users.

I think the best way to find the best web hosting service is to meet with company’s agents and representatives and talk to them. If they are polite and answering properly on your questions you can be sure that their service will be reliable.
