I've posted before and I will continue to do so as I feel it's important to recognise when good but most importantly fast support is received.

Russell from VPS Tech Support was quick to respond to my request and had me sorted out in <2mins from starting the chat. I know these guys have a high workload and seem to be experts at multi-tasking so well done guys.

If you are a potential VPS customer rest assured these guys will keep you going, my site has been running with Web Hosting UK since April 2006 starting off with Cpanel hosting and then moving up before transferring to a VPS as my memberbase has grown.
