I've been with WH UK for two years now and I've always had swift responses to the minor problems or queries I've had - helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I had the misfortune to take over a friend's website that was hosted by W**crest (I believe they are no longer trading) & they took 3 weeks (yes, really) to respond to emails & voicemails - and then suggested it was my fault....

I've recently transferred TM-Plus.org to WH UK via a very smooth process and my friend is delighted to use the latest version of Wordpress (W**crest didn't seem able to upgrade). It's a pleasant change to find a company that really seems to care about its customers.

Well Izzy, it seems I fell on my feet when I chose WH UK. I've been developing for 20+/- years now, ever since the very first DOS based VB, and this is my first venture into web apps. These guys make everything seem so easy don't they? I can empathise with the 3 week wait for a response though, I mean, how frustrating is that?
