Angry Bad Support(My Server was Down!)

i'm a Customer...

OLD SERVERS- i ordered about 1 years a go for SemiDedicate And 2 months ago for WinVPS
I'M Administrator of (Windows VPS - WinVPS BUSINESS
109.75.168.140 #EW130)

I'M Technical Support of ( Windows Semi Dedicate- 115.124.116.16)

NEW Server....i ordered 2 days ago:

Semi-Dedicated Hosting - Windows Semi Dedicated Hosting
109.203.105.160#EW132
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My History:

i have 80 users that they connect to my server for Using Internet(VPN-RRAS)
i Decided to Buy a new Semidedicate Windows Server for Better Performance
so 3 days ago i ordered and paid for this Action...(Payment=3 Months)

after 24 hours , VPS Team sent login information of My New Windows Dedicate Server

i got it and i started to config RRAS...so i sent email to VPS Team.Adrian fixed it and VPN module enabled on vps from main hardware node.
So Every thing was ok...I Started RRAS Service... I Configured RRAS And Accounting Like My OLD Servers....and Done


After this Action.. i tried to Connect to my New server with VPN connection.After connect..
and after 2 minutes (2 minutes max 1 hours) Server was Crashed And Was Down!!

Gareths M (Thanx alot...You Are real Man) more an more tried to help me and Configured More and More again....But after max 1 hours...Windows Was crashed...


Gareths said..VPN Service is third Party...this action is not normal..and i was sad and i'm bad now for this Action....

Gareths Told me...Your Setting is not right...But he didnot understand About this issue ( After Enable NAT Service in RRAS For Sharing Internet behind Nat for VPN Users
We Must Add 2 interface(vent0 and internal) to Nat Service in RRAS to Active this service!! it means after Adding Interfaces and After connect user to RRAS...Server was crashed again

But Gareths... i want to tell you... i have another server ( 2 server) and i configured this new server LIKE Another server....................Like Another server!!!
Why? About another servers are normal and Works Fine Now !!! Why???
it means ...another servers must have problems...But ...Have NOT !!!!
Why...??


I SURE Main Hardware Node have problem...I Sure Rechange of My Server Hardware nod will fix my problem...And William (System Admin) tried to Do this Action...but Not Done!!



Andrew...Please Reply This Post....i'm Customer...your Team and You Promise Me for do Any action for Me...

I'M VERY BAD NOW.....So i Sent email to Your Billing Team to Cancell My New server....

I'm Tired...I'M Not Fine....
i think Webhosting UK Is the best....But About Now....!!

ok After 45 minutes...Chatting....(ME And William)

William Confirmed My Problem issue.....

I'M Very bad now....Please Talk to him....He Confirmed me That all of my History is Right and True!!!

I have updated concern department to move your VPS onto a different node which should fix your Nating issue. You would be getting new server loging details once it's activated.

Hello Again.

Thanx...2 hours ago. VPS Support team (Alexander) sent an email to me.
He sent a new server plan (new server login information)

But he forgot it...AbouT Enable and Activate RRAS Module Service from main hardware node.

So....i'm w8 again.....just please be carefull about This Action...

After 6 hours....RRAS Module Service was not activited...

So...Thanx Webhosting UK....I think you can understand About (Thanx Webhosting UK)

Also..i decided to Cancell All New Order Plan(Every new VPS& Semi Dedicate Server)

Harry And Mr.Andrew

if your support team could fix my problem( I SURE THIS PROBLEM Was Not Very difficult)
Then i ordered and paid Another Semi Dedicate Server ( 3 Servers!!)(Payment=3 Monthly)

If, no matter what you do you cannot get support to do what you need you must phone and ask for customer services support. There are complaints you can make to make the support listen. Sometimes it seems like they only read every third word you write.

You must ask them on chat in simple english - when will this XXX be done? and insist they answer and read the chat again or pass it on to someone who has that ability. I am afraid getting tough is sometimes the ONLY solution
