Fantastic support

Hi Everyone

I would like to say how pleased I am with the support offered to us - excellent, especially Matt and Adam. I am a recent signup to Webhosting UK and purchased a reseller plan to start a little web hosting business in Bolton. I have limited experience with Apache and IIS and I spent quite a lot of time looking at companies offering reseller plans and what the differences were. I was nearly at the point of purchasing a plan with Heart Internet [got to the stage of settting up a customer account] but at the last minute decided to go for a plan with this company, as it was local to me and its nice to support a local company to my location.

At first was worried as had a bit of a mix up with the server hosting my domain, amazed at how quickly the support team sorted this out. Now as I come to the end of my first month, I realized the plan I signed up for was not correct for my needs - my own fault as I should have asked some pre sales questions on here first! - [take note to all you potential webmasters].

In summary, dont just look for unlimited this and unlimited that... as long as you have the resources you require for running your website, the best part of any plan is support and I can say, by my experince so far you get this 100% with this WHUK. Whats more, for us newbies who can and do make mistakes, and have to go to support to get us out of the mess, you are treated professionally and issues dealt with quickly. Thanks to all at WHUK.
