Excellent VPS Support

Since I moved over to a VPS platform I have nothing but praise for the VPS support team and for all those currently on a Cpanel type account that may be considering moving over to a VPS platform, I highly recommend it.

The migration was handled very well and the support in the past few months has been top notch.

I felt however that I needed to single out Gareth from the support team who today helped with with an issue in record time. He was extremely polite and dealt with my issue so quickly I could hardly keep up!

Well done guys this is what customers like to see.

Once again the VPS team have been quick to help with my problem, this time around Russell was the support team member involved. Well done

For any people out there who might be worried that good support is only received at the begining, you can read from my experiences that the good support is continually received.
