I have to say that this is the best support I have ever received from a host provider. It is comforting to know that when in trouble we can ask someone to dig us out.

I spent a few hours trying to figure out a permissions issue on a registered dll. It did not take Gareth long to figure out what was going on and he fixed it in a few minutes. I tried all the fixes from MS and all the Google fixes.
