Hey wow on the forum, there is a thing to add: a little message telling users weather there customer user name and password can be used on the forum. I know this forum layout well so i was certain that was not the case so i registered and new account.
The above is the only problem i can find with this host. There supreme beyond all expectations.
There 24/7 web-chat support is amazing.
I opened up a chat asked my question and boom sorted in second yes seconds not minutes or hours seconds, I am truly impressed.
I had to drop into windows from my Linux desktop yesterday to use adobe photoshop and coreldraw and my connection to the host in every area worked perfect. Soon as i was back in Linux still the same perfect.
The cPanel setup works without problem i cant seem to crash it lol. i am sure there is a way but hey its not like i am trying to. On previous hosts i have had control panel lag errors crash problems 0845 call rate numbers with the horrid music and felt very darn stuck.
I have been using this host now for the past few days i have my blog site up my company site up my personal site up etc and all works seamless.
Think my error log showed up with could not find favicon.ico which was my fault i uploaded the wrong size grrr.
Either way i am impressed.

One of the biggest things to note here is the No Errors at all, everything worked seamless like a hot knife through butter.
So what about bandwidth quality?
Well we been using the hosting now for 2 to 3 days with Joomla CMS, the speed is very good. There have been no cPanel hangs No ftp waits ping times are unreal fast so in all fairness the bandwidth quality so far seems of the best standard.
Being told that the server is hosted on a 100mb connection seems to ring true with throughput tests again honest and accurate information given.
24/7 support true to its name via the web-chat interface, no phone calls no expensive 0900, 0848 numbers just the Internet web interface connected to an operator within less than 3 seconds which in turn resolved our question in less than 60 seconds.
