Having been on a vps package with webhosting and being seriously impressed with the live help staff, and general haste when submitting a ticket. I upgraded to a dedi, the help staff have been fantastic, giving advice and help on everything and anything, fixing problems and generally giving a positive feel about the company.

Cristiano, Kieran and all the others who have helped me with so much of their time over this weekend are an absolute credit to webhosting uk.

I originally signed up with fastshosts, but after being transferred abroad to foreign call centres, and the host not being anywhere near as fast as their name would suggest has definitely enforced the notion that I need not try any other web host again.
