Another superb example from
Web Hosting UK yesterday of how customer service should be done.
On the rare occasions that I have had to call for support on my account I have found everyone I have dealt with to be efficient, polite, professional, patient, supremely helpful and (and this is not always the case with every company I deal with) utterly competent.
Suffice to say that if everyone to whom I praised WebHosting UK were to open an account, they would be inundated!
