Today in the early morning (it was about 3 am) I had to report my VPS went down. The operator I contacted (Alan) was totally supportive and helpful, even if in a so weird clock-time.
This morning a "wizard", named Michael, followed my trouble-ticket and handled to solve the problem in "realtime".
With the other
web hosting providers I tried you can only hope that each of your trouble-tickets is got and handled in not less than 24/48 hours from rude and un-skilled people. And you usually need at least three of them to have the issue identified and solved (say, at least 3 or 4 days, and after screaming a lot).
This "dream support", instead, took my issue in an impossible clock-time and handled to solve it in less than 30 minutes from receiving the ticket, while I was holding.
Because I am using the
VPS hosting to host my customer's web sites, it is my first time I feel totally "shielded" from troubles ( and legal issues as well

), where I know that every concern is being taken as a personal issue from the staff on its whole.
Your job is so great done I can barely find the words to say! Thank you!
