I was very pleased with the way they handled my whole dealing with them. Initially when i inquired about the services they offer, I just couldn't believe that the guys were actually investing their time in explaining me certain things which i didn't knew(m not too technical). I was haggling around with a lot of other hosting companies in UK & around the world comparing hosting prices. As i read a hosting forum and learnt a lot of things as well, I was recommended a lot of questions to ask before I buy anything. Some companies just disconnect my call, some closed their chat windows, some are not open 24/7. Even though I told them that I won't buy from them as UK web hosting was a bit more expensive then them. I personally think they might be spending money on hiring highly qualified experienced professionals to deal with their clients. I phoned a hosting company where i landed in a situation where I had to explain the difference between a php & html to the sales man...lol.

However, I was treated like a king even though i told UK webhosting clearly i won't buy. These guys left a remark on my heart by honoring me. Even though I was just going to buy a Â£50 for a year plan. Money is not everything guys. If you want Quality customer service then you are at the right place. I will wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone of you with Full Confidence only if you are looking quality product,complete satisfaction & complete peace of mind.
Just buy & relax........
