Hi,

I only just bought hosting from Web hosting UK yesterday (Sunday). I was having problems ftp'ing up to a new site I was building. I started an instant messaging call and the problem was resolved within 20 minutes. This was on a Sunday evening! I hadn't expected anyone to even answer until Monday morning.

Brilliant support.
