Hi just a quick note to all who are new to VPS hosting who are strugling to find a reliable host and have not got a clue but just want to start somewhere .(Just like me).....

I searched the web looking for reliable, cheap and most importantly a host who will respond to support tickets promtly.
Id signed up to 3 other hosts and lets just say i wasn't impressed with support and reliability.

But after a few days researching VPS hosts i came across Web Hosting uk and checked the net for reviews which i only found 2 bad reviews (which compared to other host providers is bloody amazing).

Anyway cut a long story short.

I have sent a stack of support tickets for help as im a complete newbie and needed all the help i can get.
But so far webhosting uk have responded to every support request, been abselutly spot on with the help and resolved the issues promtly. Yes on occasions it has taken some time for an answer but it has never been more than 1-2hrs. Even on peak times.

What more can you ask for......
Well a free ferrari with every signup would be a good start but i wont push it....
