Just needed to pop onto here to say what a marvellous service and help I've just recieved.

I logged into the chat support and was connected to "ralf" who, within a few minutes, had resolved my problem.

Compared to my the web hosting company I've just left, because they wouldn't even answer an email, this is fantastic.
